The orientation will help prepare you to make the most of this event—our first in-person convening since 2019! You’ll connect with other first-timers, learn more about PEAK, and meet members of our staff and board, as well as our conference cochairs.

Arena Players Incorporated Theatre Outing

Support Baltimore’s local theater scene by joining us for a performance of Sizwe Banzi is Dead staged by Arena Players Incorporated—the oldest continuously operating African American community theater in the United States. Winner of the 1974 London Theatre Critics Circle award for best play and hailed in 2002 by the Independent as one of the greatest plays ever written, Sizwe Banzi is Dead takes a lighthearted look at identity in South Africa during apartheid. This performance is free to PEAK 2023 attendees thanks to a generous donation from the Reis Foundation.

PEAK2023 at Camden Yards | Orioles vs. Rays Baseball Game

Join us on Tuesday May 9, 2023, as the Baltimore Orioles take on the Tampa Bay Ray.
